Security

Security is our top priority at Adelphi. We know how important it is to protect your personal and financial information when you invest in the stock market.

Encryption

We encrypt all your data in transit and at rest using industry-standard encryption protocols and algorithms.

This means that no one can access or read your data without your permission.

Authentication

We offer two-factor authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of security. This means that you need to enter a code sent to your phone or email in addition to your password to log in.

Monitoring

We monitor our systems and networks 24/7 for any suspicious or malicious activity.

We also perform regular security audits and tests to ensure our security measures are up to date and effective.

Compliance

We comply with all the relevant laws and regulations regarding data protection and privacy.

SIPC Insured

We are a member of SIPC, which protects your brokerage account up to $500,000, including up to $250,000 in cash.

What does this mean for you?

SIPC (Securities Investor Protection Corporation) is a non-governmental organization that protects customers of SIPC-member broker dealers against the loss of their securities and cash (including up to $250,000 for cash only) in case of broker dealer insolvency.

FDIC (Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation) is an independent agency of the U.S. government that protects bank depositors against the loss of their insured deposits if an FDIC-insured bank or savings association located in the United States fails. FDIC insurance covers depositors' accounts at each insured bank, dollar-for-dollar, including principal and any accrued interest through the date of the insured bank's closing, up to the insurance limit of $250,000 per depositor, per insured bank, for each account ownership category.

The main difference between SIPC and FDIC coverage is that SIPC covers the loss of securities and cash if a broker-dealer fails, while FDIC covers the loss of deposits if a bank fails.

SIPC and FDIC do not cover losses due to market fluctuations or fraud.
